More consumers are “virgins” than ever before. With technology and innovation rapidly changing by the day, “everyone is now at times, if not constantly, a VIRGIN CONSUMER – unfamiliar with many of the products, services, apps or brands they encounter,” asserts. As indicated in the above infographic, these “virgins” are usually eager to secure new products or services – which they perceive as better than existing ones.  They’ve been around the consumer block and have high expectations for purchases, even new ones.
