MMC has been named a “Best Agency to Work For” in the midsize agency category by the Holmes Report.  The 2011 “Best Agencies to Work For” survey was the biggest in the 11-year history of the Holmes Report survey.  More than 75 agencies participated in the survey and more than 5,000 employees responded to an online questionnaire.

MMC was also honored as a Best Agency in 2009 by the Holmes Report.
