MMC builds Social Media team with new Group SVP, Robert Ricci
Taylor’s Ricci Joins Marina Maher
Robert Ricci, a social media guru, has joined Marina Maher Communications as group Senior VP.
The 20-year plus PR veteran had been a senior VP in Taylor’s digital & emerging media group. He crafted programs for MasterCard, Alltel Wireless, Kimberly-Clark and Microsoft. Ricci also published the sports PR firm’s “Responsible Engagement in Social Media” policy.
Ricci earned big agency experience at Weber Shandwick, where he was VP in its screengrab interactive, social and emerging media unit. He developed campaigns for General Motors, InterContinental Hotels and Hanesbrands.
Marina Maher, CEO of the New York-headquartered shop, praised Ricci for his expertise in the “push-pull of social and traditional media.”
She is certain the Ricci will help her shop to “stay ahead of the ever-changing curve,” according to her statement.
