Michele Schimmel to be honored as a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary
Michele Schimmel, Managing Director of our sister agency, Rx Mosaic, will be honored as a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary at the 2016 HBA Woman of the Year Event this Thursday, May 12, at the New York Hilton Midtown. The award recognizes thought leaders in the healthcare industry that have made significant contributions and advancement in their field.
Michele is recognized as a creative force in health marketing, with a passion for developing brand-building communications programs that drive action. Over Michele’s 20+ year career, she has she has partnered with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, including Merck, Pfizer, Teva, GlaxoSmithKline, Eisai, Roche and Celgene. She has led global campaigns for countless drugs and public health initiatives, spoken at numerous industry events, has had her point of view published in prominent industry outlets and, on top of it all, Michele has been a mentor to other women to help advance their careers in healthcare.
Since becoming managing director of Rx Mosaic in 2014, her leadership has helped to expand Rx Mosaic’s client portfolio, deliver innovative work and cultivate a high-performing team that continues to move the needle for clients and for the agency.
